面向制造业的集成高效供应链管理系统开发与应用

Development and application of integrated efficient supply chain management system for manufacturing industry

摘要 针对线缆制造行业的特点,提出适合该行业的先进SCM组织模式和管理方法。系统采用面向对象的方法及组件化的思想,开发与ERP系统结合的SCM系统。系统基于J2EE架构,具有结构灵活、可快速重构、易扩充和易维护的特点。系统实现了对整个供应链范围内的物流、信息流、业务流、资金流进行计划、协调和控制,提升了线缆制造行业的信息化水平和供应链管理水平。 According to the characteristics of cable manufacturing industry, an organization mode and management method of advanced supply chain management (SCM)for this industry are proposed. The object-oriented method and the thought of modu- larization are adopted in the system. The SCM system combining ERP system is developed based on J2EE architecture, whose characteristics are flexible structure, rapid reconstruction, easy expansion and maintenance. The system can pan, coordinate and control logistics, information flow, business flow, capital flow and so on within the whole supply chain. As a result, it pro- motes the levels of informatization and the supply chain management for cable manufacturing industry.
