构建高校和谐校园是构建和谐社会的一个重要组成部分,建立人民调解机制是解决高校社区纠纷,实现依法治校的有效途径。人民调解机制在高校社区的引进有深厚的现实基础和充分的法律依据,并具有完全的可行性。为此,应该积极采取措施推进高校社区人民调解解纷机制的具体构建。

Harmonious campus is an important part of building harmonious society. Establishing people＇s mediauion mechanism is an effective way to resolve the college community disputes and manage the college legally. The introduction of people＇s mediation mechanism into college community has strong foundation in reality and sufficient legal basis, and has complete feasibility. As a result, it is necessary to take active measures to promote concrete construction of people＇s mediation mechanism of college community.
