摘要
大学的本科法学教育应当是素质教育,司法考试背景下的素质教育应更加注重对学生职业能力的培养,此外还应注重对学生综合素质和职业伦理的培养。就本科行政法教学而言,应将培养学生的职业能力作为重要目标之一,教学内容应与时俱进,并在课堂教学中通过更多的案例分析、课堂互动来培养学生的逻辑分析能力和解决法律问题的能力,同时在考试中应减少单纯的知识记忆性的题目而增加更多的案例分析类的题目。
Undergraduate legal education m university should be quality - oriented education. Under the circumstance of national judicial examination, we must pay more attention to raising students' professional competence and promoting their comprehensive quality and professional ethics. In terms of undergraduate administrative law, university should regard raising their students' professional competence as one of the most important goals. Teaching content changes when the situation differs. And also. using more real legal cases and keeping interaction with students may contribute to cultivating students' logical analysis capabilities and their abilities to resolve legal issues. In common tests, teacher should set more case - studied questions instead of knowledge - memorized topics.
