种植业结构调整要注意处理好三个关系

Three Relations Should Be Well Coordinated in the Adjustment of Planting Structure

农村种植业结构调整是一个渐进的发展过程 ,不可能一蹴而就。我市各级干部 ,特别是农业战线的干部 ,在指导种植业结构调整中要正确处理好农作物面积增减与选用优良品种、大面积种植同一经济作物与适度规模经营和正确认识、处理种植业结构调整的长期性与只争朝夕三个关系 ,纠正“急躁冒进”、“行政命令”、“一刀切”等现象 ,稳步推进种植业结构调整。

The adjustment of rural planting structure is a step by step developing process which can not be achieved overnight. The carders, especially those in charging the duty of agriculture ,should pay more attention to the three relations in the process.The three relations mentioned above are the relation between changing the planting areas and choosing the good seeds;the relation between planting the same thing in a great area and proper great scope planting;the relation between the long term nature of the adjustment and the spirit of seizing the day.The phenomena of impetuosity,administrative decree,one blow cutting etc.should be corrected.The adjustment of planting structure should be advanced step by step.
