摘要
焦油是生物质气化过程中的有害产物,它会降低燃气品质,对气化设备及后续用气设备产生危害。本研究是对废弃烟梗水分影响焦油生成量和燃气输送温度影响焦油的析出量等因素进行实验分析。试验结果表明,废弃烟梗的含水率对焦油的生成影响较大,废弃烟梗含水率越低,焦油的生成量越小;当废弃烟梗燃气输送温度越高,焦油的析出量越少。
Tar is the harmful products in the process of biomass gasification,and it will reduce the gas quality and be harmful to gasification equipment and subsequent gas equipment.In this paper,the effect of waste water on the peduncle tar generation and gas transfer temperature on tar precipitation quantity were analyzed.The test results showed that the moisture content of waste peduncle had higher positive impact on the tar formation,while the waste gas conveying peduncle temperature showed negative effect.
