甘肃省农业信息平台共建共享中存在的问题及对策

The Existing Problems and Countermeasures in Co-construction and Sharing of Agricultural Information Platform of Gansu

农业信息平台的共建共享已为甘肃省农业产业结构的调整和科技创新发挥了重要作用,但因起步较晚,目前仍存在着信息内容重复、类型单一、缺乏统一的规范和技术标准、联网共享程度低以及建设资金不足和人才匮乏等诸多问题。今后应由政府主导、统一规划、强化共建共享机制,同时进一步更新观念、加大资金投入和人才培训力度,以此提高甘肃省农业信息平台的建设水平,实现真正的共融共享。

The co-consturction and sharing of agricultural information platform had played an important role for the industrial structural adjustment and the scientific and technological innovation in Gansu province.However,many problems exist in the construction of resource sharing such as the repetition and,single kind of information,no uniform technical standard,low level of sharing network,and lack of personnel and funds.Therefore,the shared services of agricultural information resources must be in this way,such as control by the local government,unified planning and intensified the mechanism of co-operation and sharing,and at same time,changing the idea,increasing the fund and the level of farmer training to realize truly the communion and sharing and to improve the efficiency of Gansu agricultural information platform.
