在新一轮的新生本科院校合格评估过程中,按照教育部的要求,应突出培养"应用型"人才的办学定位,其定位的本质就是人才培养方案的修订,人才培养方案修订的原则是什么?框架结构如何体现其"应用性",该文进行了探索。

According to the requirements of the Ministry of Education, in the coming qualification evaluation of the newly-up-graded universities for undergraduates, emphasis should be put on educational orientation of training ＂applied talents＂ , the essence of which is to revise training programs. However, what are the principles to be followed when revising training programs？ How is the ＂nature of application＂ shown？ This paper makes a research in this regard.
