地方高校应用型人才培养师资队伍建设研究——以梧州学院为例

On the Establishment of Teaching Team for Training Applied Talents in Local Universities——Taking the Case of Wuzhou University

培养应用型人才是地方高校教学改革与发展的必由之路。能否有效推行应用型人才培养模式,很大程度上取决于师资队伍的整体素质。因此,应通过加强"双师型"教师队伍建设,着力打造以应用型学科为核心的人才小高地,推动教师教学发展中心建设,构建"模块"教学模式等措施,打造一支既有扎实理论功底,又有较强的专业实践能力,能在理论和实践结合层面胜任教学工作,能培养学生的专业实践能力的应用型师资队伍[1],以适应培养应用型人才的需要。

Training applied talents is the only way to educational reform and development in local universities. Whether it is pos-sible to effectively carry out the training mode for talents largely depends on the whole quality of the teaching team. Therefore, in or-der to meet the requirements of educating applied talents in local universities, it is proposed to strengthen the establishment of teach-ing team of ＂double-qualified＂ teachers, construct applied-subject-centered hill of excellent teachers, promote the construction of teachers＇ improvement center, establish ＂module＂ teaching mode, etc. so as to establish an teaching team of applied teachers who have profound and solid theoretical foundation, better ability of professional practice, competence of theoretical and practical teaching work, capability of training students with professional and practical abilities.
