金川区高标准农田建设的现状、问题及对策研究

高标准农田建设是发展现代农业、提高粮食生产保障水平的重大举措。通过对金昌市金川区高标准农田的发展现状进行调查分析,发现主要存在的问题有:农田总体质量不高;劳动者素质较低;地方财政配套和农民自筹资金的压力巨大等。针对建设中存在的问题,提出了改善农田生态环境、提高农田总体质量,提高农业劳动者素质,整合资金、增加投入等对策,为金川区高标准农田建设的可持续发展提供一些参考。

Farmland construction with high standards is the most important measures of developing modern agriculture and increasing food production. Based on the survey of the present situation of high--standard farmland construction in Jinchuan region, it defines the main problems as low quality of farmlands and farmers, enormous pressure of local finance supporting and farmers self--raised funds etc. It also puts forward the following measure as improving ecological environ- ment and farmland＇s and farmers＇ quality, integrating funds and increasing investment.
