农林院校大学生开放包容心态的培育探讨

心态是现实的反映,多与利益有关。基础教育阶段强调学习成绩的重要性,学生之间的关系主要体现出学业竞争的一面,使学生心态存有狭隘、单一的潜在趋势。随着时代发展和社会进步,人才的评价标准更为多样和多元,合作、共赢与竞争共存。因此,需要确定开放包容心态衡量指标,探索培育路径与构建机制,以培养农林院校大学生形成开放包容心态,实现培养"三农"人才的目标。

Attitude reflects reality and relates to benefit.Learning achievement is greatly emphasized in the basic education stage and the relationship between the students has much to do with the academic competition,which result in students＇narrow attitude.With the development of the times the evaluation criteria tends to be more diverse and multivariant,and cooperation co-exists with competition.So we need explore ways and construction mechanism to train students＇open and tolerant attitude to realize the goal of talents cultivation in agricultural colleges.
