摘要
推进惩治和预防腐败体系建设是我国当前反腐倡廉工作面临的重大理论和现实课题,当前国内研究的研究层面整体性较强,地方性经验和实践的理论化水平不足,依据我国当前国情和现阶段的腐败特征,各级地方政府应积极探索努力构建长期有效的中国式惩治和预防腐败机制。就推进惩治和预防腐败体系问题中的相关文献进行初步梳理,并得出结论,在惩防体系建设中应着力加强制度创新与科技防腐。
The system for preventing and punishing corruption is of great theoretical and practical significance in present anti--corruption work. Local governments at all levels should actively explore and strive to build the long--term effective mechanism of punishing and preventing corruption in china. Based on the current situation and corruption characteristics and preliminary review of the relevant literature, this paper draws the conclusion that we should focus on strengthening the institutional innovation and scientific precaution in the punishment and prevention system construction.
