陇西县政府网络办公发展现状及对策研究

On Promotion of Governmental Network Development in Longxi County

21世纪网络的发展为政府办公注入了新的生命,网络办公成为政府办公的新方式,在大力普及这一新的办公方式的同时,也带来了新的问题。通过文献查阅、实地走访等方式对陇西县政府网络办公发展现状进行调查研究,发现陇西县基层政府网络办公存在着政府人员网络办公意识欠缺、基层政府网站建设不健全等问题。为建成上通下达的政务网络,向政务办公"无纸化、移动化、智能化"方向迈进,为建设全县协同办公应用系统和视频会议系统、公务员电子邮局、"数字陇西"和"平安陇西"、电子政务安全体系,提出相应的对策和建议。

The network has come into government office in the 21st century. While the network office became the new administration way, it brought about new problems. Based on literature review and field survey of Longxi government network office, this paper identifies problems as lack of awareness of office online, underdeveloped government websites and so on. It also proposed corresponding measures in order to realize the government office ＂ paperless, mobilization, intelligence＂, to build the collaborative office application system and video conference system, electronic post office for civil servants, ＂ digital Longxi＂ and ＂ safe Longxi＂.
