对组织而言智慧资本是一项非常重要的生存要素。本文从智慧资本理论观点出发，融入高职院校特色，分析智慧资本的内涵及高职院校教育与智慧资本的关系，提出高职院校应激发多元发展的创意策略，即打破传统教育形态重视智慧资本，结合人力资本与社会资本的发展，在教育过程中将内隐转化为整理的知识并付诸实践。
