近几年，社会对于高素质、技能型人才的需求与日俱增，我国高职院校人才培养已经无法完全满足这种需求。本文以物联网相关理论为基础，以缔造创新型高职院校的人才培养模式为主要视角，从高职院校的专业设置与人才培养方案的实施入手，讨论物联网时代我国高职院校人才培养的改革的方向和模式，旨在为提高当今高职院校人才培养质量提供指导性的对策与建议。
