堆石料压实质量实时监测指标与碾压参数的相关性分析 被引量:19

摘要 为给高堆石坝施工质量的连续控制提供有效指标,提出了以实时监测的压实监测值(CV)作为堆石料压实状态的表征指标.在分析CV与碾压参数(行车速度、碾压遍数、压实厚度、激振力状态)之间相关性的基础上,建立了CV与上述碾压参数的多元回归模型.实例研究表明:CV与碾压参数的相关性显著,且其可由碾压参数精确表征;由于碾压参数对于堆石料压实质量有着显著影响,故间接验证了CV可作为堆石料压实状态的实时表征指标的可能性,为进一步研究CV表征堆石料压实质量指标(如干密度、孔隙率等)提供基础. To provide an effective index for the continuous quality control of high rockfill dam construction, the compaction value (CV) was put forward as the real-time monitoring index of compaction state of rockfill materials. A multiple regression model was established based on the thorough analysis of correlation between CV and rolling pa- rameters (roller speed, rolling passes, compacted thickness, and exciting-force state). The case study shows a sig- nificant relationship between rolling parameters and CV which can be characterized by the parameters accurately. Be- cause the obvious relationship exists between compaction quality and rolling parameters, the feasibility of regarding CV as a real-time index for compaction quality evaluation of rockfill materials is proved indirectly. It provides a basis for the further study on the relationship between direct compaction quality index (such as dry density and porosity) and CV which can eventually be used to evaluate the compaction quality of an entire work area in real time.
