行气化瘀汤配合针刺治疗原发性痛经疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Decoction of Xing-qi Hua-yu Combined with Acupuncture in San-yinjiao on Primary Dysmenorrheal,A Report of 56 Cases

目的:观察行气化瘀汤配合针刺三阴交治疗气滞血瘀型原发性痛经的疗效。方法:将确诊的94例患者随机分为治疗组56例和对照组38例。治疗组采用行气化瘀汤配合针刺三阴交治疗;对照组采用元胡止痛片治疗。治疗3个月经周期后评价疗效。结果:治疗组痊愈42例,有效12例,无效2例,总有效率为90.43%;对照组痊愈3例,有效12例,无效23例,总有效率为39.47%。两组总有效率比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:行气化瘀汤配合针刺三阴交治疗气滞血瘀型原发性痛经的疗效显著高于元胡止痛片治疗。

Objective： To observe the effect of Decoction of Xing-qi Hua-yu combined with acupuncture in San-yin-jiao on primary dysmenorrhea with syndrome of qi-stagnancy and blood stasis. Methods： 94 cases were randomly divided into two groups. 56 cases in treatment group were treated with Decoction ofXing-qi Hua-yu com- bined with acupuncture in San-yin-jiao, and 38 ones in control group were treated with Tablet of Yuan-hu Zhi- tong. The curative effects were evaluated after 3 months. Results： In treatment group 42 cases were cured, 12 ones effective, and 2 ones ineffective. The total effective rate was 90. 43%. In control group 3 cases were cured, 12 ones effective, and 23 ones ineffective. The total effective rate was 39.47%. There was significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The effect of Decoction of Xing-qi Hua-yu combined with acupuncture in San-yin-jiao is better significantly than that of Tablet of Yuan-hu Zhi-tong on primary dysmenorrhea with syndrome of qi-stagnancy and blood stasis.
