肉鸡中沙门茵污染控制亟待加强 被引量:10

摘要 沙门菌是在世界范围内经食物传播引起人类肠道疾病的主要食源性致病菌之一。在美国,2008年约有140万人感染沙门菌,总医疗费用达26亿美元。中国由于缺乏准确的监测数据,全人群沙门菌感染人数不详,但所有明确病因的细菌性食源性疾病暴发事件中,70%-80%是由沙门菌引起的。沙门菌给人类健康带来严重危害的同时,也造成严重的疾病负担。
