1,3-丁二烯代谢及其遗传损伤易感性的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 1,3-丁二烯(BD)是一种重要的有机原料,广泛用于合成橡胶、树脂、酸酐等石油化工行业。同时也是一种重要的环境污染物,存在于汽车尾气、烟草和木材燃烧烟雾等生活环境中。BD是一种多位点多系统致癌物,累及心血管系统、造血系统、乳腺、肺、前胃、肝、肾等,这在啮齿类动物实验中已得到证实”。流行病学调查显示,BD的职业暴露与淋巴细胞癌和(或)造血系统的癌症有因果联系J。
