摘要
利用植物敏感性原理研制出紫茎泽兰生长抑制剂,研究0.5%、1%、1.5%、2%4种浓度处理对紫茎泽兰的防除效果,同时观察其他杂草的生长情况,研究紫茎泽兰生长抑制剂防除的选择性。结果表明,紫茎泽兰生长抑制剂对紫茎泽兰地上部分防除效果快速且明显,药后2 h紫茎泽兰即表现出受害症状,且受害程度随浓度的增大而加剧;药后5 d,0.5%浓度处理株防效为41.5%,1%浓度处理株防效为90.2%,1.5%、2%浓度处理株防效达100%;药后15 d,0.5%、1%、1.5%、2%浓度处理鲜重防效分别为64.6%、91.7%、98.9%、100%,但生长抑制剂对根部作用有限,浓度较低时,紫茎泽兰会从基部重新长出新枝。同时,紫茎泽兰生长抑制剂不会对其他植物造成伤害,具有敏感性和选择性。利用植物敏感性来快速控制紫茎泽兰生长发育并达到杀灭效果可行,该制剂在浓度达到1.5%时,可明显抑制和杀灭紫茎泽兰。
With field experiment method, the conditions of Eupatorium and weeds around them growth were observed after sprayed four different concentrations (0.5%,1%,1.5%,2%) growth inhibitor to determined eupatorium selection.The results indicated that Eupatorium sensitive plant growth inhibitor could control aerial part of Eupatorium fast and visibly, Eupatorium suffered harm after spraying two hours, and the more severity with increasing concentrations; five days later, the controlling effect of each plant were 41.5% by 0.5% growth inhibitor, 90.2% by 1% growth inhibitor,100% by 1.5% and 2% growth inhibitor;,15 days later, fresh weight controlling effect were 64.6%, 91.7%,98.9%,100% using 0.5%,1%,1.5%,2% growth inhibitor, respectively; but it had limited influence with Eupatorium roots, new branches would sprout from its basal when low concentration. Meanwhile, Eupatorium plant growth inhibitor can't harm other plants around them,with sensitivity and selection.So the result showed that using sensitivity to control Eupatorium growth was feasible and effective. When the concentration of growth inhibitor up to or over 1.5%, it could control visibly and kill Eupatorium quickly.
