香砂六君子汤防治肝癌伽玛刀术后迟发性恶心呕吐临床观察

Clinical Observation of Decoction of Xiang-sha Liu-jun-zi on Delayed Nausea and Vomiting Induced by Gamma Knife for Treatment of Liver Cancer

目的:研究香砂六君子汤预防肝癌伽玛刀治疗所致迟发性恶心呕吐的疗效。方法:将85例接受伽玛刀治疗的肝癌患者随机分为两组。对照组40例予枢丹治疗;治疗组45例应用香砂六君子汤联合枢丹治疗。结果:治疗组对伽玛刀治疗后迟发性恶心的综合控制效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(u=2.784 9,P=0.007 4)。治疗组对伽玛刀治疗后迟发性呕吐的综合控制效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(u=2.381 6,P=0.017 8)。结论:香砂六君子汤联合枢丹治疗对肝癌伽玛刀治疗后迟发性恶心的预防作用优于单用枢丹的收益为OR=0.24(95%CI=0.10～0.59),NNT=4(95%CI=2.09～18.59);对迟发性呕吐的控制作用的收益为OR=0.27(95%CI=0.11～0.67),NNT=3(95%CI=1.93～10.13)。

Objective ： To observe the effect of Decoction ofXiang-sha Liu-jun-zi on prevention and treatment of delayed nausea and vomiting caused by liver cancer by gamma knife. Methods： 85 cases with liver cancer who had accepted the treatment of gamma knife were randomly divided into two groups. 40 cases in the treatment group were treated with Zudan, and 45 ones in the control group were treated with Decoction ofXiang-sha Liu-jun-zi com- bined with Zudan. Results ： The effect of treatment group was better than that in control group on delayed nausea, and the difference was statistically significant （ u = 2. 784 9, P = 0. 007 4）. So was on delayed vomiting （ u = 2. 381 6, P =0. 017 8）. Conclusion： The effect of Decoction ofXiang-sha Liu-jun-zi combined with Zudan is su- perior to single Zudan on preventing from delayed nausea and vomiting caused by gamma knife for treatment of liv- er cancer, for delayed nausea OR =0. 24 （95% CI -0. 10 -0. 59）, NNT =4 （95% CI =2.09 - 18.59）, for de- layed vomiting OR =0.27 （95% CI =0. 11 -0.67）, NNT =3 （95% CI = 1.93 - 10. 13）.
