摘要
文章主要分析了欧盟M1类乘用车整车型式认证所涉及的新技术法规要求。分析结果表明:欧盟国家在尾气排放、行人保护、材料回收利用、电子稳定系统、CO2排放、化学物质管理、空调系统、绿色轮胎等方面的法规要求比中国严格。因此,出口汽车企业在进行产品设计验证的时候应特别注意上述法规要求,以减少后期产品改造的成本,降低企业运营风险,从而有效应对国际贸易技术壁垒。
These directives and regulations concerning M1 category vehicle’s Whole Vehicle Type Approval are analyzed in this paper, which shows that EU countries have more strict requirements in the field of exhaust emissions, pedestrian protection, reusability, recyclability and recoverability, electronic stability control (ESC), CO2, chemicals management, air-conditioning system, green tires, etc. Therefore, the car manufacturers should pay more attention to these requirements when designing their products, in order to reduce the risk of technical barriers to international trade.
