摘要 流量系数和涡流比是评价柴油机气缸盖气道的2个重要参数。针对行业中目前还没有对流量系数和涡流比定量的评价指标的情况,文章通过稳流试验台的试验研究,基于Ricardo方法及AVL方法,提出了标准流量系数和标准涡流比的概念,给出了评价气道性能的定量指标,对于发动机气缸盖气道的开发具有一定的参考价值。 Swirl ratio and flow coefficient are two important parameters for evaluating diesel cylinder head ports. Focusing on evaluating index for flow coefficient and swirl ratio in auto industry which has not been presented at present, based on the Ricardo method and AVL method, this paper introduces two concepts for normative swirl ratio and normative flow coefficient in accordance with the test research on steady flow test rig, and gives the quantificational index for evaluating port, which provides some reference for the development of cylinder head port.
