摘要
感知质量作为影响客户选车的一个重要因素,越来越被各大汽车公司所关注。文章建立了一种整车感知质量的数学模型,通过将整车感知质量分解为8个子项,并将其主观评价客观化;为进一步解析各影响因子与整车感知质量间的关联,以及各子项的权重关系,利用最小二乘法的基本原理,对整车感知质量的数学模型通过数学上的多元回归分析方法,逐步实现了求解。该方法可推导出隐藏在客户期望背后的一些重要成分,适用于新项目开发过程中的目标设置和优先级设置。
Perceptual quality is an important influencing factor when customers choose vehicle models, therefore more and more vehicle manufacturers pay close attention to perceptual quality. Establishing mathematical model of vehicle perceptual quality is described in this paper, objectively analyzing the evaluation is illustrated when vehicle perceptual quality is divided into 8 sub-item. In order to analyze the relation between the influencing factor and vehicle perceptual quality further, and evaluate the weight relationship among sub items, mathematical model of vehicle perceptual quality is subjected to find the solution by using multi-regression analysis based on least square method. The multi-regression analysis can derive some important factors, which can be used as target and priority in new project development.
