142例美罗培南临床应用分析

Analysis of 142 Cases of Meropenem in Clinical Applications

目的:分析我院美罗培南的使用情况,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法:随机抽取我院2011年住院患者中使用美罗培南病例142份,填写调查表,并对结果进行统计分析。结果:142例中合理与基本合理用药占88.73%,不合理用药占11.27%。结论:该院临床上美罗培南的应用基本合理,但也存在无适应证给药、预防给药等不合理用药情况、患者医药费用负担较大,ADR发生率相对较高等问题,应严格执行碳青霉烯类抗菌药物使用的相关规定,提高病原学送检率,减少经验用药,提高药物疗效及合理用药水平。

Objective： To analyse the utilization of meropenem in our hospital, provide the references for clinical rational drug use. Methods ： The 142 cases was selected randomly of hospitalized patients in our hospital. The date was filled in the questionnaire, and the results were analyzed. Results： The rationable drug use accounted for 88.73% of the 142 cases. Conclusion： Meropenem is invalid for a variety of therapeutic effect of multiple bacterial infection has a good, and the hospital on the clinical application of meropenem is rea- sonable. But there are also have irrational drug using, such as with larger cost burden in patients. Therefore, we should strictly control the drug using related provision of this class, increaese the rate of pathogenic detection, reduce the experience of drug use, improving the level of rational drug use.
