阿立哌唑的临床应用研究进展

非典型抗精神病药物阿立哌唑在精神科的临床使用日趋广泛,不但应用于精神分裂症的治疗,作为心境稳定剂治疗情感障碍,而且应用于抑郁症、强迫症、老年性痴呆、儿童抽动症等的治疗,在精神疾病的治疗中发挥了较好的作用,已经成为精神科药物治疗的重要手段。本文对阿立哌唑的临床应用作一综述,以期为临床用药提供参考。

Clinical use of atypical antipsychotics aripiprazole in psychiatric increasingly widespread. It not only used in the treatment of schizophrenia, as mood stabilizers in treating affeetive disorders, and applied to depression, obsessive -compulsive disorder, senile dementia, childrentic treatment, and play a good role in the treatment of mental illness. It has become an important means of psychiatric medication. The aripiprazole clinical application are reviewed in order to provide a reference for the clinical use of drugs.
