奥扎格雷钠联合丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死的Meta分析

Meta Analysis of the Danhong Combined with Ozagrel Sodium Injection in the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的:评价奥扎格雷钠联合丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死的疗效和安全性。方法:检索国内外多个数据库中已经公开发表的关于奥扎格雷钠联合丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床随机对照试验的相关文献,依据纳入、排除筛选数据并应用Review Manager 5.1.7作Meta分析。结果:共纳入24个随机对照试验。分析显示,奥扎格雷钠联合丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死的神经功能缺损临床疗效比值比(OR)合并值为4.48(95%可信区间为3.44～5.83)。神经功能缺损评分疗效加权均数差(WMD)合并值为-1.83(95%可信区间为-2.13～1.52)。结论:Meta分析的结果提示,奥扎格雷钠联合丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死临床疗效确切,但仍需要更多严格、多中心的随机双盲对照试验提供有力证据。

Objective： It is to assess the curative effect and safety of Danhong combined with Ozagrel Sodium Injection in the treat- ment of acute cerebral infarction（ACI） with Meta analysis method. Methods： The randomized controlled clinical trials of Danhong com- bined with Ozagrel Sodium Injection for the treatment of ACI from 1989-2012 were searched by computer-based on line search, and the da- ta was statistically analyzed by Review Manager 5.1.7. Results ： The results showed that there were 24 literatures which incorporated by Meta-analysis and the criterion were homogenous, Fixed effect model statistics and analysis showed that the OR（95% CI）was 4. 48 （3.44 - 5.83 ）. WMD （95 % CI）was -1.83 （-2. 13 ~ -1.52）. Conclusion： Meta analysis shows that Danhong combined with Ozagrel Sodium In- jection is effective for ACI and it can improve the clinical symptom and neurologic impairment in the treatment of ACI. However, more strict and muhicentric randomized double-blind control trials are needed in order to provide more convinced evidence.
