摘要
本文对线圈端部渐伸线的走向进行了探讨,并用微机进行了分析计算,提出了变基圆渐伸线的精确画法和各种样板的计算机设计计算、绘图。利用微机进行辅助设计,不仅有利于线模、线圈的设计、制造,还可实现汽轮发电机线圈压模的数控加工。
In this paper, the distribution of evolvents for turbogenerator stator end winding is studied, analyzed and calculated by microcomputer, and accurate method for drawing of variable base circles and computer-designing, calculating and plotting of every template are presented. CAD is favourable not only for designing and manufacturing of wounding model and stator coils, but also for numerical control machining of the press-form for turbogenerator stator bars.
