以服务产能提升为目标的高职校企合作路径思考

Thoughts on the Path of Higher Vocational Institute-enterprise Cooperation Aiming at Service for Industrial Capability Enhancement

经济发展方式的转变和产业结构的调整对高职教育提出了新的要求,高职院校应主动迎接挑战,以服务产能提升为己任,通过优化专业结构、实施体制机制创新、深化校企合作,来适应产业结构调整的需求;而地方政府则应积极履行职责,为校企合作创造良好环境,促使政、校、行、企形成合力,实现高职教育服务于产业能力提升的目标。

Transformation of the economic development mode and adjustment of the industrial structure pose a new demand for higher vocational education. In face of challenges, higher vocational institutes should actively regard servicing for industrial capability enhancement as their own responsibility to be adapted to industrial structure adjustment by means of major structure optimization, systematic and mechanic innovation and institute- enterprise cooperation deepening. Meanwhile, local governments should positively carry out their own functions, create healthy cooperative environment and helps to form join forces from governments, institutes, industries and enterprises to realize the goal of higher vocational service for industrial capability enhancement.
