摘要
进入新世纪以来,解决农民工融入城市是一项基本的民生问题。通过调查发现,作为接纳农民工就业主体的中小企业,开展的企业员工培训,提高了农民工职业技能、培育了员工的归属感、增强了城市文化认同感、激发了融入城市环境的内在动力,对促进农民工融入城市产生着积极作用。然而中小民营企业员工培训面临着管理不善、培训内容不丰富、多样化的培训方式缺失、培训经费缺乏保障等问题,由此提出发挥政府的公共服务职能、建立公平培训平台、加强培训立法等建议。
In order to promote the rural migrant works into the city, the govemment made police including job, funds, law, and education.it is essential for rural migrant works to live and work in city. But rural migrant works want to merge into city, they faces more obstacles.so we found this fact that private enterprises help rural migrant works to merge into city by training.
