大学生企业刻板印象及就业对策研究

摘要 对550名在校大学生的企业刻板印象结构与现状特征进行了实证研究。结果表明,大学生对企业的刻板印象由员工的职业素质、企业的官僚属性、企业的规范管理、企业综合实力、企业的福利待遇以及员工的工作压力等六个因子组成,且大学生的国企与民企刻板印象在这六个因素变量上均存在显著差异。在此基础上,得出大学生对国企与民企的刻板印象较为全面和理性,并且对民企刻板印象的负面成分较为突出的结论。 This study does empirical study on the structure and the Present Characteristics of 550 college students' enterprise stereotype. The result reveals that college students' enterprise stereotype contains six factors. They are professional quality of employees, enterprise' s bureaucrats property, Standardized management of enterprise, enterprise's comprehensive strength, enterprise' s welfare, as well as working pressure of employees. At the same time, there are significant differences on these six factors between college students' state-owned enter- prises stereotype and private enterprises stereotype. On this basis, this study suggests that college students' state-owned enterprises stereotype and private enterprises stereotype are more comprehensive and rational, and the negative component of private enterprises stereotvoe is more t3rominent.
