两所医科院校康复专业学生就业意向的调查与分析

Comparative Analysis of Employment Intentions of Two Medical Schools Rehabilitation Professional Students

为了解医科院校康复专业学生的就业意向情况,以促进康复专业人才培养,采用整群抽样,抽取川渝地区两所医科院校康复治疗专科2010和2011级在校学生180人。调查内容包括基本情况、就业准备、就业困惑以及就业规划等。结果显示:前三位就业途径是"校园招聘会"、"学校推荐"、"社会招聘会";前三位在校所学为"实验和操作能力"、"扎实的专业知识"、"人际交往能力";就业主要问题是"缺乏工作经验"和"应届生需求量减少";求职中最困扰因素前三位是"缺乏工作经验"、"专业知识不扎实"和"学历"。认为就业中最重要前三位因素是"交往能力"、"所学专业"、"求职面试技巧";就业机构意向前三位是"三级医院康复科"、"二级医院康复科"以及"康复专科医院"。由此得出结论:康复专业学生的就业意向存在一些问题,需加强职业规划培训。

To find out the major vocational intentions of rehabilitation professional students in order to promote the training of rehabilitation professionals. Using the cluster sampling, we extracted rehabilitation professional students of two medical colleges, who are enrolled 180 students in 2010 and 2011 in Sichuan and Chongqing. The questionnaire of rehabilitation profession includes basic situation, employment preparation, employment puzzles as well as employment plan. The top three ways to select employment units are respectively the ＇Campus Recruitment＇,＇Recommended by university＇ and ＇ Social Recruitment＇. The knowledge acquired in school are mainly ＇experimental and operational skills＇, ＇ solid specialized knowledge＇ and ＇communicational skills＇ Current employment problems mainly lay in ＇lack of work experience＇, ＇ fresh demand decreases＇. The most puzzling factors are respectively ＇lack of work experience＇, ＇not solid specialized knowledge＇ and ＇education backgrounds＇. The first three employment difficulties are ＇improve comprehensive qualities＇, ＇improve pro- fessional qualities＇ and ＇maintain good mind state＇. The most important employment factors are ＇communicational skills＇, ＇professions＇ and ＇job interview skills＇. The top three employment organizations are ＇level 3 Hospitals＇, ＇level 2 hospitals＇ as well as ＇rehabilitation specialist hospitals＇. Conclusion： The universities need to strengthen career education and enhance employment planning and training.
