摘要
从DFM技术入手,深入研究乐音合成器芯片的原理,设计出一款基于DFM的乐音合成芯片.整个芯片电路基于0.6μm CMOS工艺设计,利用Cadence平台进行仿真验证.仿真结果表明,该设计电路较好完成了乐音合成的要求,满足制定的性能指标要求.
This paper is intended to design a musical sound synthesis chip by studying the musical sound synthesizer chip principle based on DFM technology. The whole chip circuit based on 0.6μm CMOS process design is simulated by using a Cadence platform. The simulation results show that this designed circuit has fulfilled all requirements of musical sound synthesis and the development requirements of performance index.
