乳腺癌术后辅助化疗患者癌因性疲乏影响因素分析

Analysis the influence factors of postoperative adyuvant chemotherapy in breast cancer patients with cancer-related fatigue

目的:探讨乳腺癌术后辅助化疗患者癌因性疲乏的影响因素,为更好地评估和治疗提供参考。方法:采用描述性设计调查我院96例乳腺癌术后辅助化疗患者。采用问卷调查法,问卷由自行设计的一般情况调查表、Piper疲乏量表组成。结果:离异或丧偶、非在职、重度疼痛、紫杉类+吡柔比星化疗方案、有恶心呕吐、有其他副反应这6个因素分别与癌因性疲乏有显著相关性。结论:乳腺癌术后辅助化疗患者癌因性疲乏的发生率较高,影响癌因性疲乏的主要因素是工作情况、疼痛、化疗方案、其他副反应等。建议医务工作者针对影响因素提出干预措施,缓解患者癌因性疲乏的程度,提高患者生活质量。

Objective ：To observe the influence factors of postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy in breast cancer patients with cancer - related fatigue, and to provide reference for better evaluation and treatment. Methods： With descriptive design of adjuvant chemotherapy in 96 patients with breast cancer were in- vestigated in our hospital. Used questionnaire,the questionnaire by the self - designed general questionnaire and Piper fatigue scale. Results：The divorced or widowed, non - working, severe pain, taxane and pirarubicin chemotherapy, nausea and vomiting, there were six factors that other side reactions with canc- er - related fatigue had significant correlation. Conclusion ： Adjuvant chemotherapy in patients with cancer - related fatigue has high incidence rate of postop- erative breast cancer; cancer because the main factors impact fatigue is work, pain, chemotherapy, adverse reaction. Suggest that medical workers to the in- fluence factor and proposed interventions, alleviate patients with cancer - related fatigue degree, improve the quality of life of the patients.
