摘要
目的:探讨综合护理干预对糖尿病肾病(DN)血液透析患者的影响。方法:选择2010年1月～2012年2月我院收治的50例糖尿病肾病患者,进行综合护理干预(心理干预、饮食干预、运动干预等),观察患者护理效果。结果:患者经综合护理干预后治疗有效率为94%,患者的各检验指标与干预前相比均明显改善。结论:综合护理干预可改善DN患者的各检验指标,提高疗效,降低并发症的发生率,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective： To discuss the effect about nursing intervention on diabetic nephropathy （DN） patients with hemodialysis. Methods ： From January 2010 to February 2012 in our hospital, 50 cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy, and comprehensive nursing intervention （ psychological intervention, dietary interventions, such as exercise intervention）, observed in patients with nursing effect. Results： By comprehensive nursing intervention after treat- ment effective rate was 94%, with each test parameters improved significantly. Conclusion：The comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the test in- dex of DN patients and improve the curative effect, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve the quality of life of patients.
