摘要
目的:探讨PDCA循环教学方法在护理学基础课堂教学中的应用效果。方法:选择2011年9月~2012年1月进入护理学基础课学习的两个护理专科班总共105名学生,将其随机分为试验组53名和对照组52名,对照组采用传统教学方法,试验组采用PDCA循环教学方法。课程结束后比较两组学生在技能操作和理论考试的成绩,同时调查学生的学习主动积极性及对教学方法的评价。结果:试验组学生的技能操作和理论考试成绩高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组的学生认为PDCA循环法教学还能提高自己的学习主动积极性和各方面的能力。结论:在护理学基础教学中采用PDCA循环法,有利于提高学生专业理论知识和实践操作能力、学习主动性和综合素质。
Objective: To explore and evaluate the PDCA circulation in teaching of fundamentals of nursing. Methods: 105 students in nursing learning bas- ic courses of two nursing classes from September 2011 to January 2012,which were randomly divided into experimental group ( n = 53 ) and control group ( n = 52), control group used the traditional teaching method, the test group used PDCA cycle teaching method, compared the results of two group of students in the skills operation and theoretical examination after the end of the course, investigated students' learning initiative and evaluation of teaching methods. Results: Experimental group operation skills and theory of test scores was higher than the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ), experimental group studems thought that the PDCA circulation teaching method can improve their ability and all aspects of the initiative and enthusiasm of students. Conclusions : The teaching method under the guidance of PDCA can enhance the nursing students'professional knowledge and skills, positivity learning and overall quardity.
