预选卫生士官临床技能教学的组织策略与效果 被引量:4

摘要 预选卫生士官是部队尤其是基层卫生队伍的重要组成部分,2012年我校首次接受了预选卫生士官任职教育培训任务,本期受训者大多没有卫生从业经历且文化水平较低,如何才能使他们在有限的教学时间内"听得懂、学得会、用得上",确实掌握基本的临床操作技能,我们在技能培训组织形式和方法上做了积极尝试和探索,培训结束,通过对受训预选卫生士官教学满意度调查及各项操作技术随机抽考,结果显示,培训组织有序,效果良好。
