周围型肺癌的X线诊断与影像学的动态分析研究

X-ray Diagnosis and Imaging Dynamic Analysis of Peripheral Lung Cancer

目的:对不同时期的周围型肺癌X线影像进行分析,以提高早期影像诊断水平。方法:收集有较完整X线随访资料的52例周围型肺癌患者资料,着重总结其早期征象。结果:早期征象表现为肺内单发结节状病灶,平均直径为15mm,中等密度;病灶内部构造,早期者可见空泡征,进展期可见细小钙化病灶,空洞则多见于进展期;边缘情况:毛刺、分叶征、兔耳征以及胸膜萎缩征等,进展期明显多于早期。结论:直径15mm以内,边缘有毛刺、分叶征及胸膜萎缩征等,留内有空泡征,无论临床有无症状,均提示早期周围型肺癌。

Objective： To study the X-ray imaging of peripheral lung cancer in different periods and analyze them to improve early imaging diagnostic. Method： Collected 52 cases of peripheral lung cancer with relatively complete X-ray follow-up data, and summarize mainly the early signs. Result： The performance of early signs was intrapulmonary single nodular lesions, the average diameter was 15 mm, medium density. Internal structure of lesions： vacuole sign was seen in the early stage, and tiny calcified focuses were seen in the progressive stage, and the cavitation was common seen in the progressive stage. The margin showed lobulation, spiculation, hare-ears sign and pleural indentation and so on, which of progressive stage were more than that of early stage. Conclusion： The diameter within 15 ram, the margin with lobulation, spiculation, pleural indentation and so on, vacuole sign in tumor, with or without clinical symptoms, which all imply early peripheral lung cancer.
