摘要
本文主要分析知识经济时代医院图书馆馆员继续教育问题及对策。对于知识经济时代的特征进行了分析,研究对图书馆馆员提出的新要求。分析了当前医院图书馆馆员继续教育方面存在的问题。重点分析了图书馆馆员继续教育的对策与建议。
