摘要
持续更新观念并学会化解压力,已成为现代企业员工必须拥有的一项基本职业技能。文章通过对安徽省30家典型中小企业员工压力来源及影响因素等进行调研,在数据统计的基础上提出了现代企业员工工作压力的管理策略,旨在提高企业员工职业心理素质,使企业保持有效、健康、持续发展。
Continue to renew ideas and learn how to resolve the pressure has become a basic skill of staff in modem enterprise. Through investigation of the source of the pressure and influence factors which faced by staff in 30 modem enterprises in Anhui province, based on the data statistics, this paper puts forward managerial strategies on the pressure of modem staff to improve the mental qualities in their professions of modern staff and guarantee the effective, healthy and sustainable development of en- terprises.
