浅析美国大学“智库”对美国外交政策的影响

2006年美国著名的常青藤高校普林斯顿大学发表题为《普林斯顿计划》的国家安全报告,该报告引起了国际社会的极大关注,并对后来奥巴马政府的外交政策制订起到重要作用。为什么一所大学的研究报告竟能产生如此巨大的作用?细究起来,这正是美国大学"智库"对美国联邦政府政策影响的一个最好事例。长久以来美国大学研究机构不仅注重人才培养和学术研究,同时承担着国家"智库"的重任,通过学术研究直接服务于国际战略的需要。普林斯顿大学国际与公共事务研究院可以说是美国大学"智库"的典范。

The famous American Ivy League College Princeton University published a national security report entitled ＂Princeton Project＂ in 2006.The report caused great concern in the international community,and later played an important role in foreign policy of Obama＇s administration.As a research institution,why could it produce such huge significance？ This is one of the best examples which shows that the American University is the ＂think tank＂ of the U.S.federal government policy.U.S.university research institutions has long been not only focus on personnel training and academic research,and bear the heavy responsibility of the national ＂think tank＂,through academic research directly serve the needs of the international strategy.Princeton University International and Public Affairs Research Institute is a ＂think tank＂ model of the American University.
