地域软实力的价值基础及其实践指向——以江西为例

On the Values Base of Regional Soft Power and Its Practical Direction——a case study of Jiangxi Province

地域文化是地域发展的重要软实力,其价值观基础是区域实践的重要指向,而"本地性"、"独特性"则是地域文化的一个首要而基本的特质,这一特质如何转化为地域经济发展中的文化产业,从而形成引擎效应,这正是文化的功能所在。重拾赣鄱地域文化的深层自信,并非易事。推动并实施赣鄱产业文化建设,从而带来赣鄱地域的文化生产力大发展,亟须讲求思想方法论。要让我们这个极富悠久历史与生态资源的文化在现代条件下跃入"优势文化"之列,必须重掘自身文化历史的深厚底蕴,大力发展当代江西的文化产业,并由此而培育出全国知名的可跨地域合作的大型文化集团,从而真正提升出赣鄱地域的文化软实力,并打造出一种有特色的且可持续发展成长的赣鄱地域"文化生态"。

Regional culture is an important soft power for the regional development and its values base is an important direction for the regional practice. ＂Nativeness＂ and ＂uniqueness＂ are the main and basic characteristics of regional culture. The function of cul- ture just lies in turning such characteristics into cultural industry so as to achieve an ＂engine effect＂. It is not easy to restore the deep confidence in Jiangxi＇ s regional culture. In order to promote and enforce the cultural industry of Jiangxi province and fully de- velop Jiangxi ＇ s cultural productivity, it＇ s required to study the ideal methodology; in order to include Jiangxi＇ s culture with a long history and rich eco resources in the list of ＂advantaged cultures＂ under modem conditions, it＇s required to re-explore the pro- found connotation of its own cultural history and vigorously develop Jiangxi＇ s cultural industry, so as to cultivate large and famous cultural groups which can carry on inter- regional cooperation~ to truly improve Jiangxi＇ s cultural soft power and to create a unique ＂cultural ecology＂ of sustainable development.
