Development of Diluent-Free Compound-Impregnating Mica Insulation System of Large Electrical Machines

本文阐述了无稀释剂漆浸渍型大电机绝缘体系在世界上的发展状况。介绍了该绝缘体系的构成以及通过与国外合作生产,在电机产品上听取得的技术成果。通过试验与生产实践,摸索出该体系中浸渍漆的维护方法,并对该绝缘体系的国产化进行了探讨。指出了今后大型高压电机绝缘的发展方向。

The development of diluent-free compound-impregnating insulation system of large size electrical machine in the world is described, and its constituents is presented in this paper. The achivements gained in manufacture of electrical machines through combination with foreign company are introduced. The maintenance methods of the varnis are found by testing and production practice.How to get the satisfactory result by using domestic materials and available equipments is discussed.The development direction of the insulation system for large size high voltage electrical machines is also given.
