摘要
"订单式"培养是校企合作的重要模式,有利于校企双方充分利用各自的资源优势,有利于提高学生的社会适应性,实现教育与职业以及学业与就业的有效对接。基于实践中该培养模式的缺陷,有必要对"订单式"培养的周期、内容和方式进行针对性的改革,以充分发挥其对校企双方的积极作用。
" Order Placing" personnel training is a vital pattern of cooperation between colleges and enterprises, which facilitaties the full use of respective reso~ and enhancing students' adjustment to society after graduation. In this way, the abutment of educa- tion and vocation coupled with study and employment is fullfilled. Because there are defects in practical training pattern, it is neces-sary to reform its periods, contents and approaches so as to make the most of active roles from both parties.
