摘要 江西省旅游资源极其丰富,旅游业已经成为全省的支柱产业,旅游业发展迅速,优势明显,已形成自然山水与传统文化相结合的品牌战略。但是在发展中仍然存在着许多问题,限制了旅游业的快速发展:产业管理体制与产业需要之间的矛盾;产业结构区域市场需要的矛盾;政府资金投入与市场需要的矛盾;规划开发与实施之间的矛盾,以及专业人才的匮乏与旅游产品的单一等等。通过分析提出更加科学合理的战略对策,促进江西旅游业的可持续快速发展。 Jiangxi province is rich in its tourism resources and tourism has become a pillar industry of the whole province. The rapid development of tourism with its prominent advantages has formed a brand strategy with the combination of natural landscapes and tra- ditional culture. However, there are still some problems in the development, which refrain the tourism from rapid development. There are mainly five problems: the contradiction between the administration system of industry and the demands of industry; the contradictions between the structural regions of industry and market demands; the contradictions between the financial investment from the government and mark demands; the contradictions between programming and enforcement; the lack of professionals and the monotony of tourism products. Through the analysis, this article tries to put forward more scientific and reasonable strategic counter-measures, to promote the sustainable rapid development of Jiangxi's tourism.
