招投标与合同管理类课程教学改革与创新

招投标与合同管理是两门独立的课程,至今仍有很多院校采用这样的课程设置方法.在2008年培养方案中,工程管理专业分别开设了七门招投标与合同管理类课程.课程名称设置繁杂,学时差异性大,严重限制了该类课程的建设.本文基于2012年教育部公布的最新《普通高等学校本科专业目录》,以及我国城市建设日新月异,新问题、新政策、新法规的不断出现,对该类课程进行了教学改革与创新,从根本上解决招投标全过程与合同管理之间的有机联系,教学效果显著.

Bidding and contract management are two independent courses traditionally, there are still a lot of colleges and universities use the course setting method. In 2008 training scheme, project management professional were opened seven bidding and contract management courses. Course name set multifarious, bigger hours difference, se- verely restricting the course construction. This paper, based on the 2012 the ministry of education announced the lat- est professional undergraduate course of common colleges and universities catalogue as well as our country urban construction change with each passing day, the new problems and new policies, the emergence of new regulations for the curriculum teaching reform and innovation, fundamentally solve the bidding process and contract management of the organic connection, the teaching effect is remarkable.
