超声检查对异位妊娠的诊断价值

Diagnostic value of ultrasound for ectopic pregnancy

目的 探讨异位妊娠超声图像特征及超声检查对异位妊娠的鉴别诊断价值。方法 对142例异位妊娠患者进行超声检查,观察宫内是否有孕囊,仔细寻找识别卵巢及肿块结构并分清其关系,并与病理诊断进行比较分析。结果 超声检查能很好地显示子宫、卵巢、未破孕囊及含血（块）肿块的声像结构,其与病理诊断符合率为95.1%（135/142）,误诊率1.4%（2/142）,漏诊率3.5%（5/142）。结论 超声检查具有迅速、简单、无创、准确性高等优点,是诊断早期异位妊娠的首选方法。

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasonography and ultrasonography in the differential diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods 142 patients with ectopic pregnancy were given ultrasonic examination,to observe whether intrauterine gestational sac,carefully looking for recognition of ovarian masses and distinguish the relationship and structure,and were compared with pathologic diagnosis.Results Ultrasound could clearly display the uterus,ovary,failed to break the gestational sac and blood（block） mass image structure,with pathological diagnosis coincidence rate was 95.1%（135/142）,the misdiagnosis rate was 1.4%（2/142）,the missed diagnosis rate of 3.5%（5/142）.Conclusion Ultrasound was rapid,simple,noninvasive,high-accuracy,it was the preferred method for early diagnosis of the ectopic pregnancy.
