摘要
阐述微计算机在该CNC控制系统中应用的具体设计思想和实现的方法。介绍了CNC系统对直流伺服电机脉宽调速控制所实现的宽的调速范围、高的稳速精度、快的动态响应以及在四象限内运动等良好的技术性能。该数控装置为旧机床的技术改造开辟了一条新的途径。
The design thought of application of microcomputer to CNC system, the way of its achievemet and good technical performances, such as the wide speed-regulation range, the high accuracy of stable speed, fast dynamic response and the movement in four sectors, realized by pulse-width speed-regulation of DC servo-motor, controlled by CNC system are introduced in this paper. A new way of technical modernization of old machine tools is opened on by this system.
