摘要
目前高校正在进行的新一轮校内管理体制改革 ,人事管理制度改革是关键。高校做好富余人员的转岗分流工作 ,领导应高度重视。通过制定切实可行的政策规范和措施、积极推行人事代理制。
Personnel management is essential in the reform of managerial system in institutions of higher learning. To ensure the implementation of “change of positions” and “diversion” of the surplus of staff , the leading group should attach importance to it by formulating feasible policies and measures, promoting actively the personnel agency system, renewing concepts, and developing the ideology of the surplus of staff.
