摘要
使用半导体激光器对40MnSiV、48MnV、38MnVS6和12Mn2BV非调质钢试样进行激光表面淬火,分析了试样淬火后的表面硬度和显微组织。结果表明,试样表面具有很高的硬度,显微组织由表层及心部依次是马氏体、马氏体和铁素体、珠光体和铁素体。
The laser surface quenching was carried out on 40MnSiV, 48MnV, 38MnVS6 and 12Mn2BV non-quenched and tempered steel samples by semiconductor laser. The surface hardenss and microstruc- ture of samples after quenched were analyzed. The results indicated that there was high hardeness on sam- pie surface, and the microstructure consisted successively of martensite, martensite and ferrite, and ferrite from surface to core.
