摘要 在油气田开发过程中,管柱砂卡、水泥卡是比较常见的井下故障,排除这类井下故障的传统做法是分别下入专门的套铣和倒扣打捞解卡管柱进行处理,施工效率很低,如遇砂卡或水泥卡井段较长,修井周期亦会很长。套铣打捞一体化技术就是在保证施工安全的前提下,实现一趟管柱同时兼有套铣、打捞两种功能,达到提高施工效率、缩短修井周期之目的。现场应用表明,可控式套铣打捞一体化工具具有结构合理、性能可靠、经济实用等优点,为解决长井段砂卡、水泥卡传统处理方法效率低下问题,提供了安全、有效的技术手段。 The running string stuck by sand or cement is common during the development of the oilfield.The traditional way to cope with those problems was to free the string by using special wash-over string and back-off string respectively,which has low efficiency,and the work-over period would get longer if the section of stuck string was long.However,the integrated tool for wash-over and fishing can do the operation both of wash-over and fishing safely with single string running,which can highly improve the efficiency and shorten the work-over period.The application on site shows that the tool has advantages of reasonable structure,reliable performance and economical and practical,and proved to be an safely and effective way to deal with the long section of running string stuck by sand or cement,and improve the efficiency highly compared with the traditional way.
